Lodging Policies

Whitehall Cottages is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. To help keep our room rates down, reservations are nonrefundable. Guests who need flexibility with their travel dates may purchase Cancel for Any Reason travel insurance when booking. Guests who do not need that flexibility can save money by booking without travel insurance and accepting the nonrefundable rate.

If you must cancel your reservation, please call and text us as soon as possible. All cancellations that are processed are subject to a processing fee per room of $35 or 10% of the stay, whichever is greater.

Shortened stays and early checkouts are also nonrefundable. Rates and policies are subject to change and may vary during high-impact periods, holidays, event dates such as Electric Forest, and for special requests.

Check-in: Anytime after 4:00 PM.

If you will arrive outside of the check-in window, please call to make arrangements.

Check-out: 11:00 AM.

Absolutely no smoking inside or anywhere on the property. Tampering with smoke detectors is prohibited. A fee of $250 per night, plus the cost of any damages, may be applied.

No pets. Please call if you need help making arrangements to board your pet elsewhere. A fee of $250 per night, plus the cost of any damages, may be applied.

Gift Certificate Policies

Gift certificates must be presented at check-in along with a valid driver's license. Gift certificates are transferable. Any remaining balance may be used at a later date, up to the expiration date. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.
